- Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
